I received my order, but one item was missing. What happens now?
Occasionally we will ship a partial order if an item is out of stock. But if you received one of the items, it is most certain that the other item has been ordered for you and will ship to you as soon as it becomes available. Partial orders shipped from Discount Carbide will indicate all backorders and drop-shipments on the packing slip. If an item on your order is not in stock at Discount Carbide, it is our policy to notify you of backorders that are expected to run a week or longer. On delayed orders we will offer a substitute, often from another brand, or give you the option of canceling your order and issuing a credit back to your card.
